As a Center of Excellence (CoE) we'll develop a system and guide a team of people with specialized skills and expertise germane to your particular areas of operation.

AS THE LEAD OF YOUR CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (COE) AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMS, WE WILL:
- Involve all stakeholders in the development and implementation of the management controls.
- Tailor the management controls to the specific needs of the organization.
- Regularly review and update the management controls to ensure that they are effective.
- Train all personnel on the management controls.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with the management controls.
